Oil Pulling

Oil Pulling; before I started I researched different reviews and read a lot of mixed opinions. I am not in the dental field, this is my review based off of my experience, it may not be for everyone but personally Love It! Its simple and inexpensive to make, leaves your mouth feeling fresh opposed to that chemical after taste most whitening products leave and no sensitivity!

Oil Pulling is a detox for your mouth. The Coconut Oil cleans your teeth and gums of bacteria and helps reduce inflammation. While Coconut Oil and Baking Soda both whiten your teeth. The Peppermint Essential Oil hides the taste of the Coconut Oil so it taste more like a mouth wash.

I started Oil Pulling to help with my Lock Jaw, I read that on top of whitening your teeth it can help strengthen your jaw and reduce inflammation. And YES it worked! I noticed a big difference in the amount of clicking in my jaw; that led to fewer headaches, less soreness in my jaw so I was able to sleep better. It also helped remove stains on my teeth and my gums stopped bleeding when I flossed. Just swish half a cube for 15-20 minutes 5 days a week. There are a lot of other benefits that they say Oil Pulling can help with, these are just the ones I noticed.
